Use this form to book the Village Green for an event and/or hire equipment.

  • Please give at least a month’s notice if you want to book the Village Green, and bookings are taken no more than 12 months in advance of the event.

The equipment available for hire is:

  • 4 marquees, each 4m x 3m
  • Electricity supply
  • Public Address system

Community Activities – Local Community Council area, local groups, show/display where no profit is made. No charge.
For all events a tidy site returnable deposit is charged.
AVCC Craft Fairs – Organizer gets a free stall. Charity tables get 2 free stalls. Charge depends on number and type of stalls.

AVCC Area – Commercial events with profit. Charge depends on event details.
